I was still watching the training video and just up to “cementing outer sole and heel to pump shoe” when everything went to 0.00 and was unable to watch the rest of the training video. It was said we can watch it as many times as we want for 12 months but seems to be unlikely. I was enjoying the training until I’m unable to watch the end of the make up of the shoe. Also the second video “full pump design drafting on last” was not accessible, which means I could not view video of how to draft the pattern. Will be glad if you can look into the technical issue of the all the course videos. Thanks in advance.

The only other issue I have is the music playing during the instruction, being from a different country I have to really listen, the music makes that challenging.
